Post #2 for the morning - Five Question Friday

So instead of working on next week's readings, I think that writing a second blog post of the morning is a better idea. I have been up since 4 so I have tons of energy right now and no desire to read and get tired. So, here we go on Five Question Friday.

1. Do you know what your REAL hair color is?
You bet, I have never died my hair. I was blessed with a natural hair color that I have been content with. I started with bleach blond hair and over the years, it has turned darker but nothing that has been pretty terrible. It has natural high lights. Granted I am sure at one point I will get to a point where I have to add color, but for now what you see if what I was given at birth

2. Do you plan ahead for summer, or fly by the seat of your pants?
Most of my summer this summer is planned. My bar prep course starts May 23 and then lasts til about 2 weeks before the bar, the bar exam is July 26-27. After that I will be moving home and getting ready for the wedding and starting my career :) But I am a planner by nature, so most things are planned with me anyway. I'm not good at being spontaneous

3. What is your favorite meal to cook?
I love to cook in general so it would be hard for me to pick my favorite. Chris and I do a lot of fried chicken/pork chops and mashed potatoes. We also love to grill outside. We will be having steaks this Saturday night.

4. Do you get offended by not receiving thank yous?
Absolutely. I think it is rude and tacky to not send thank you cards.  I don't expect a thank you card for birthdays, Christmas, etc but major things like graduation, weddings, etc you should definitely send thank you cards. You can ask Chris, I still complain about a wedding we attended 3 years ago and never got a thank you card. I don't give gifts to get recognition, but come on, how hard is it to say thank you

5. How did you meet your best friend?
Well, I consider myself lucky to have more than one best friend.  There is always Christopher. I can talk to him about everything and he has been there for me for the past 7 1/2 years. We met at school through an ex boyfriend of mine. Then I have best friends like Maggie. In Columbia, I don't have many close friends and I was so happy to meet Maggie and she is now a huge part of my life. We met at work at Faber and Brand law firm.

Well, that is about it for now. School work is calling my name. Hope that you all have a great weekend!
