Get to Know You Sunday

I'd been meaning to start posting for MannLand5's "Get to Know You Sunday", but by the time I remember, it is usually Monday morning. So, today, I decided to start the day off right, with a blog post. Here is goes...

1. What color do you wear the most? I wear a ton of black and pink. I wear black more often when I am home working for SP (business casual every day and often at least one day in a suit), but I love wearing pink too. It always seems to have me in a better mood to be in pink


2. Would you rather have $10,000 dollars or a dream vacation? Right now - $10,000 - we could do so much more for our house with that. We can always vacation later

3. Do you have a weird, quirky or unusual habit? I have a ton of weird habits and it is hard to pick just one to talk about. Most of my family finds it strange that when i arrive at my mother's house, I do an inspection of her pictures, candles and other decorations just to make sure they are centered on the wall, shelf, mantle, etc. I know when my mother's cleaning ladies have been there and I cannot stand for things to be out of place

4. I really need to start..........? my tax outline (and I will as soon as I finish this post)

5. What was the first blog you ever read? A Day In the Life of a Newlywed by Mallory Thompson

6. Do you collect anything? When I was little I collected cool rocks that I found at my parent's quarry but I don't really collect anything anymore (unless you count antiques)

7. How old were you when you had your first kiss? 13 and I remember every detail about it

8. Do you text/twitter while driving? Occassionally, luckily in MO (for right now) it is only illegal if you are under the age of 21. I don't do it often and it is more like when I stop at a stop light or something. I know it's terrible
