Dozer

My mother took Dozer back to the vet today to get his final worm shot. He has been growing like crazy since we found him in the woods.

Last week, Dozer weighed 3 pounds. This week he weighs 4.5 pounds. He is going to get so big by the time I get home for the summer and get to spend lots of time with him. He was laying in the floor with his front and back paws stretched out and he is approximately18 inches long. He is going to be a bg dog. I'm anxious to get home in two weeks to see him and introduce him to his big sister Kit-Kat.

I have now picked his birthday. Since Kit-Kat is papered, we know her actual birthday and we celebrate it every year. We don't know Dozer's actual birthday, but I didn't want him to be left out without a birthday. I took the estimate the vet gave last week and counted back weeks. Dozer's birthday is now January 20, 2010. Chris and I have two January babies. Kit-Kat was born January 1, 2006.
