Playing Lawyer

Tuesday morning was a very exciting day for me.
I took up my own case all by myself. It wasn't a difficult case. It was an uncontested divorce with no children, no debts and no property.

Steve told me that I did a good job. I was nervous and I'm sure that you could tell that I was nervous. I will get better with practice. Next one is tomorrow and then again next Tuesday. We shall see. Maybe in a few months, I will be doing contested cases.

I wish that I had a picture of me in action. I just doubted that Judge Evans would have allowed that. All I know is, I will remember that client for the rest of my life.

What a great start to the summer. :)
